Rose Marie passed away in Van Nuys, California at the age of 94 from natural causes. She brought joy and laughter into the lives of millions and will be greatly missed by one and all. But we'll continue to enjoy her comedic wit until our Dick Van Dyke Show DVDs melt or Netflix stops streaming the show. RIP Rose Marie.

Edward Hilgemeier was a part-time nightclub comedian and a struggling actor. However, his claim to fame didn't come from either of these professions. His fifteen minutes of fame came from his time as a standby contestant on the short-lived Dotto game show in 1958.
